The Raptors team total opened at 109.5 against the Clippers but dropped to 107.5 after Siakam got listed as questionable with a groin strain. He's been their second-leading scorer at 22.8 PPG and the injury happened during Sunday's practice session.

Looking at their last 6 games without Siakam, they averaged 104.2 points and shot 41.3% from the field. Barnes would likely slide to the 4 and get more touches, but he's been inconsistent with his shot selection lately.

The line movement makes sense but 107.5 feels low considering they put up 118 against Denver on Friday with Siakam playing limited minutes in the 4th. Anyone tracking how the Clippers' defense has been against teams missing their second option?

Ran the numbers on this and the drop seems justified. Raptors are 2-4 in games where Siakam plays under 30 minutes this season, averaging 102.8 points in those contests. Their offensive rating drops from 112.4 to 106.1 without him anchoring the frontcourt.

The Clippers have held 4 teams under 108 points in their last 8 home games, and that's with Leonard managing his load. Their defensive efficiency at Crypto.com Arena is sitting at 109.2 this month. I'm leaning under 107.5, especially if Barnes has to handle more playmaking duties - he's turning it over 3.2 times per game when his usage rate goes above 25%.

Been tracking this stuff on Rabona since they post the team totals early and the line movement has been consistent with injury news all season.

Under all day. Siakam's their bail-out scorer when the offense stagnates, and Barnes isn't ready for that role yet.

I was at the Scotiabank Arena last Tuesday when they played without Siakam against Miami and it was painful to watch. They went 6 minutes in the third quarter without a field goal and kept forcing contested threes instead of working the ball inside. VanVleet was trying to do too much, taking stepback threes with 18 seconds left on the shot clock.

The crowd was getting restless because you could see they had no secondary playmaker when the initial action broke down. Barnes would get the ball in the post, face up, then immediately pass it back out instead of attacking. They finished with 101 points that night and it felt generous.

If Siakam sits, I think 107.5 is still too high. The Clippers' length bothers Toronto's perimeter players and without Pascal's mid-range game to keep the defense honest, they're going to struggle to crack 105. I'm hammering the under.

You're all missing the revenge game angle. Kawhi torched them for years, now he gets to play spoiler again.

Live betting this one because the in-play adjustments tell the real story. If Siakam's out and they fall behind by 8+ in the first quarter, the over becomes dead money. But if Barnes comes out aggressive and they keep pace early, that total could jump back to 110+.

The Clippers tend to ease up defensively when they're up double digits at home - saw it happen against Phoenix last week where they gave up 34 fourth-quarter points. MyStake usually has the best live totals for NBA games and their odds shift fast when rotation players start getting extended minutes.

That 107.5 number is a joke with Siakam questionable. You're betting on Barnes to carry 110+ points against a Clippers team that's actually locked in defensively since the Harden trade. Barnes had 18 points on 6-of-15 shooting last time these teams met in November.

If Siakam sits, Toronto's offensive spacing becomes a mess and they'll struggle to crack 100 unless Barnes goes nuclear. The Clippers aren't the same defensive trash heap they were early season - they're allowing 106.2 PPG over their last 12 games.

That 6-of-15 shooting stat from November tells the whole story about Barnes against this Clippers defense. I tracked that game live and he got good looks but couldn't finish around the rim when Zubac rotated over. Now with Harden running their half-court sets, they're forcing teams into 18-second possessions and killing transition opportunities.

If Siakam's out, you're asking Barnes to create 25+ points against a defense that's held opposing wings to 38.2% shooting since the trade. The Tenobet alternate lines have Barnes under 22.5 points at -125, which feels like the smarter play here than chasing that team total over.

That 6-of-15 shooting from Barnes in November is exactly the data point I needed. Ran the numbers on Toronto's scoring distribution when Siakam sits — Barnes usage jumps to 28.4% but his efficiency drops 4.2% from his season average. The real issue is Toronto's half-court offense without Siakam creating those easy looks for role players.

Clippers are allowing just 104.8 points per game over their last 9, and that's with teams shooting 36.1% from three against them. If Barnes has to force shots like he did in that November matchup, this total stays well under 107.5. The math says take the under at Tonybet where they're still offering -108 on Toronto team total under 107.5.
